The company is a privately owned commercial organization funded by the Article Processing Fee (APC) for open access articles, book publishing, consultancy and other services, advertising and other activities required by Estonian and European Union law.
The main Publication Areas of Scientific Center of Innovative Research are:
• Scientific Monographs — interdisciplinary studies integrating sound methodology and applied outcomes for science, policy, and practice.
• Analytical Reports — annual publications summarizing key research findings, performance metrics, and sectoral trends.

All Scientific Center of Innovative Research publications are hosted on the Open Monograph Press (OMP) platform and fully comply with international open science standards (DOI, ORCID, Crossref, OpenAIRE).
Each publication undergoes:
1. Double-blind peer review;

3. Professional editing and design with English-language abstract and metadata;
